The thesis
Every serious attempt to industrialize housing has failed the same two ways, and usually together. The factory was built before the orders existed. And no one built a product: every job was a custom project, so the factory never became a production line.
ARQIX was formed around the opposite order. The product came first: two standardized steel chassis, one kit of parts, one quality system, drawn into a single platform standard. Production runs through established modular manufacturing partners under ARQIX-controlled documents and independent inspection. Capacity is added when demand documents say to, not before.
ARQIX is a manufacturer, not a developer. It makes affordable housing for the market that site-built construction serves least well, and it is delivered through the review structures that already exist: the state program for the module, the local jurisdiction for the site.

What we makeAffordable housing in volumetric steel modules on two standardized chassis: compact homes, townhomes and multifamily.
How we make itThrough established partner factories, under margin-share agreements, the ARQIX quality manual and third-party inspection.
Where we deliverThe Eastern United States, beginning in the Mid-Atlantic, port-served.
Who we serveGovernments and institutions, developers, and the communities their programs are built for.
